I was not trying to cause trouble. I was defending our rights. I was trying to have a rational discourse with him, and teach him a bit about how far gone the rightful interpretation of the law in Canada is. Instead he taught me. I was then brought downtown, treated disrespectfully, and put in a cold solitary confinement cell for 7 hours for being drunk which i wasn't. I feel that not challenging authority will get us ALL in trouble in the long run. it wasn't about whether he was a cop or not. it was about whether he can make it all up as he goes along without being questioned or learning that he is actually my equal under the law. i broke no law. i was simply excercizing my rights.
